On Dec 16th, 2012, I bought a subscription of Magic holidays for two years for Rs 14,607 at their gurgaon office. Magic holidays membership number : MH/DEL/0181. We agreed that I’d avail two vacations during first two years of subscription, and based on this experience I can choose to continue on 25 year timeshare vacation plan or terminate the subscription. Payment terms agreed upon were that I’ll make lumpsum payment of Rs14,607 for 1st two years and after two years rest of the payment if chose to continuing subscription. But starting from 7th march 2013 my account started getting debited with Rs3726 through ECS which was supposed to start after 2 years. On phone their staff promises refund and asks to write a mail every time, but no body responds to the mail (Attached here).

To the date I’ve not availed any services from Magic holidays due to the deceitful behaviour of theirs. I’d want refund of entire subscription of (Rs 14,607 + Rs 18,630) Rs 33,237 + Interest
