I am Diwakar Arora. I made an order on homeshop18.com on 11th oct’13, order no.- 931868301, amount-Rs. 3095, for videocon A15 mobile phone,made the payment through SBI Debit card, but due certain reasons I cancelled the order, and requested for refund. After raising the ticket for refund , homehop18 said “refund has been processed on 16th oct” . then i waited for some days for the amount to be credited in my a/c , but till today the amount has not come in my bank a/c. I made several phone calls and emails to homehop18 but got no respite. Now they are saying that they have made the payment back and told me to coordinate with my bank. I contacted the bank persons but they have no information of any credit entry. Now i think something is severely wrong on part of homeshop18. I want my money back.

I want the refund back as soon as possible.
