I have recharged my phone no. 9810649091 on 26.10.13 for Rs.100.00. The Airtel has deducted Rs.80.00 from my account on 27.10.13 for Net usage which I refuted. They are giving the reason for deducting amount that I have used their Net services between 12.57 to 1.15 pm which I denied. Inspite of my various calls I have not received any satisfactory reason for my balance deduction. Please take my complaint on priority basis and refund back my money at the earliest and oblige.
