Magicon Mobile – facing difficulty in Android centre not solve the problem

I am customer of Magicon Mnote Mobile. I bought a Magicon Mnote Mobile from Vijay Sales Janak Puri (cash memo attached) on 14 July 2013. From the beginning, I am facing issues related to the Google play services, like installation in the mobile. Due to some software issues, I am facing difficulty in using Android, my Google +, Gtalk, Google Wallet, Maps and locations services. I wonder and its quite disappointing because I am using an Android latest version but due to your development issue I am unable to use full featured andriod technology phone. I have already discussed the issue with your engineer (Monu Sharma) in the Bali Nagar Service Centre, but he could not solve the problem. . Therefore, I am forced to mail you, Please replace my mobile set or do the needful to make it function properly ,so that I won’t regret my choice of purchasing moblie phone of your company.
