Have purchased a used car and RTO has transferred the ownership and provided the new RC , have called and mailed Magma HDI General Insurance to know the documents required for transferring the insurance policy. Have visited their branch with all the documents however every time they are asking for new documents and misbehaving when asked the reason they said call the agent from which policy is being procured.

Visited their branch multiple from which is 130 km journey Paid parking fee waited for more than hour mental disappointment ambiguity and insecurity about my vehicle current insurance status. I demand transfer of Insurance policy on new owners name and inconvenience charge of Rs 10000.
