Hello, My Car was affected by Pune flood that had happened on 25th September 2019. The insurance company had communicated the total loss of vehicle to me on 10th of October 2019. So, between these days there was no official email communication from Tata AIG regarding my claim / any other thing. And now they are saying that it will take another 2-3 weeks for claim settlement. This is ridiculous and pathetic approach of your team towards the customers. I am in need of the claim as I have to clear my vehicle loan taken from the bank and then only I can think of purchasing a new car. I will purchase a new car once my previous loan is cleared. But looking at the service level of your company (bearing the TATA brand), I will chose another insurance provider for sure. I am already in pain and not in mood to listen your sad stories.
