There was clutch and pressure plate problem in this product. So I had gone to Rajkot at Marsal Treading. I was given a job card and required documents. They just serviced(cleaned) the product but no any type of problems which were occurred in my product were solved. After that I called on care toll free number 18002096006 and registered a complain. Then I was called and requested to go to rajkot again and one side Fuel would be provided by them and also said that my product would be repaired under warranty. Now they called to me and said that my product has clutch and pressure plate problem and have to be changed. But I have to pay for this correction it will not be repaired under warranty. Please, Kindly response with co-operation.
