I was offered membership by Mahindra Resorts (Membership Number 2475228). The price was Rs 2,99,000/- The EMI was equated in 48 instalments. I have paid 21,900/ as down payment.The rest was to be paid with interest (Rs 7626/-pm) The annual renewable fee was Rs 10,748/-. Against this I was offered 1 week + 5/6 day trip, cash back of Rs 8000/-,Rs 8000/- cash voucher (from Shopper Shop)+ Gift (worth 8000/-). The gift was to be delivered immediately / within two days. Despite my several ( three – four months)telephonic messages no one responded, except for hollow assurances. Disgusted by the response, I decided to terminate the agreement. This was communicated to them thr’ my E-Mail. After receiving the same, they had sent a cheque of Rs 8000/- dated 26 April 2013 as Cash Back. When there representative approached us, I told him the issue. They acknowledged there mistake. Since I have decided to opt out, they informed me the refund was no problem. Now they have retracked & are saying that this is not possible as refund against there policy. Till date I have not deposited the cash back amount. I have mailed them my version & reason for asking for refund, but now no one is responding.

Since I am not at fault, the Company has to refund the total amount which I have paid to them. I have already approached there Executives several times but no response is received from them. Further, I have not deposited the cheque of Rs 8000/- (Cash Back) sent by them. I want my hard earned money back immediately.
