On 24th Of April 2013 I have purchased Micromax A116 HD from Micromax World store Khanpur. Since the day one it has started malfunctioning. It has started giving error like.. automatically re-booting , call drop, hanging and many more. On 25th of April I have informed them through email and asked for solution but till 29th I have not got any reply from their side. On 29th I have got reply form them where they have asked me to visit the nearby service center.. On 4th May I went to their service center and ask them to replace the product.. but they have denied… and informed me that this can be done within week of purchase. I have told them that I was not aware also your service center has not informed me about this condition.. however that time I have no solution so I have handed over my phone to service center for getting repaired… after 10 days of time I have got massage from Micromax that it has been repaired.. and I have to collect the same form Service Centre, on 15th of May I have collected the same… but surprisingly the problem has not been resolved. On 15th of May I have again informed to them and ask for solution.. but again they have ask me to re-visit Service Centre.. I have told them that since the product is faulty .. I want my money back but there is no response from their side since then.
I want refund of my full money.. because I don’t want to use such faulty product anymore! Also if you can ban the sale of such product this will be much batter
