Dear Sir/Madam, More than 9 months have been passed from launching the grievance against Make My Trip, Mumbai. I also received a mail from tourist department,Mumbai which was send to Make My Trip. Still no action has been taken. I have also lodged 4 reminders against the same complaint. But the status of the complaint is still under process.
