Hi All, I have went at Reliance Store on 30th Dec’12 Located in DT Mega Mall, on Golf course road, Gurgaon – Haryana, I purchased the required items and pay bill for all the items then the Reliance store executive told me that as my purchasing is around 620RS, if that will be more than 500 RS then they will provide Rs.500 coupon so I again went to store and purchase some items now my billing was more than Rs. 5000 so they provided me the two coupons RS 500 each with condition that I can redeem these coupon by purchasing any electronic product whose value is more than 5000 RS, so I again went to store and selected one SAMSUNG OVEN of RS. around 10,100 Rs. appox for that I should get discount of Rs. 1000 ( to redeem both the coupons). Then Reliance store employees told me the offer is not available on Samsung, LG, and Sony products, so I asked them to show me this information on coupon where the other term and conditions are mentioned, but they failed to provide me that information, however they did not provide me any discount and misbehave with us. By this they are not doing good practice and wasted my time as well as my family’s time. My family was very happy that we were purchasing Samsung oven as we will get RS 1000 discount. However they did not provide us any discount and hurted my family’s feelings. I need grievance on that matter, please look into it and help me out. I will also go in consumer court for grievances. I have also attached the supporting documents for your reference. Thanks Regards
