MAKE MY TRIP online app – No Customer Service

Hello, This is about my upcoming bali holiday trip through @makemytrip. As we planned we chose a online package from MAKE MY TRIP online app, and we paid half amount of money already, now maybe we didn’t book it through make my trip agent, they are neglecting us from day one, its been a month we booked but nobody came for customisation & update, but as per rules online booking also get a agent for further update, then after several times of calling their customer care, first near about six to seven times we heard ,we called in a wrong department, if i ask for correct address, they Suggest to find it in Google, which is always shown ,(this page is not available /number not available). Then atlast after several days of begging they appoint a agent named neha, but unfortunately she never called for customisation or full itinerary providing, nor for a update, Right now we are so frustrated, nobody is taking seriously, we are not sure our tour is booked or not properly, its near about 1 lac we spent, seems we are loosing the money, We never thought a reputed company like MAKE MY TRIP can do this, really heartbroken , seeking urgent help . #makemytrip #holidaybooking #urgenthelpneeded MMT BOOKING ID – NL2212411855002
