I had booked tickets to travel from New Delhi to Paris and from Barcelona to New Delhi through Makemytrip company, the tickets were of Aeroflot airlines. The booking Id of my tickets Were nn23017 10023756. The passenger on these tickets were Ms Sharma and Mr Singh.

I wanted to get the tickets of one of the passenger Cancelled the e ticket no was 5555855 49942425. As the concerned person is not proceeding on the trip. The cost of one ticket for round trip was 34,735/- When I contacted make my trip company for refund for the cancelled ticket, I was informed that out of total amount I would only get Rs 4110- as a refund, and this deduction is as per the existing policies of Aeroflot airlines.

I subsequently contacted the airline and they informed me that as per their existing rule max 10,000/- can be deducted and rest of the amount is reimbursed, and in my case as well they would do the same and return rest of the amount to make my trip as the booking has been done through them. I have been in touch with make my trip to refund the justified amount and despite writing several mails, making numerous call no solution has been served to my problem.

I want only justified amount only to be deducted as per airline policy And rest of the money may be given back to me. I.e. 24,000/- least 2. In addition to this for the mental trauma suffered due to the unprofessional attitude of make me trip I want 10, 000/- as a compensation
