My name is Rakesh from Mumbai. I have a saving account in HDFC bank with acc no 5010002XX39432 which is my company salary account started in 2014. I am holding a credit card from past 5 years. The outstanding amount against credit card is around 28000/- Rs till date. Every month i used to pay current amount due regularly which is mentioned in bill also. Still bank people used to harass me everyday asking for the payment.

On 10/12/2014 i deposited 50000/- rs in my account and next day my account got debited by 28000/- Rs. I called saving acc department for the same so they told that credit card department has debited it against your outstanding amount and credit department also agreed to this. But my question is that i never linked my acc with credit card so they can deduct full amt without intimation? This is clearly a cheating. I lost my 28000/- unnecessary. So i request you to look into this on urgent basis as i have to give this amt so someone else.

I want HDFC bank instead of debiting whole 28000 rs from account just take minimum outstanding amt which is as per current bill and refund me other amt in my account.
