I have requested an order (Microsoft lumia 535) on 21st february. Order ID for the same is OD1021398 10203042000 from WS retail of M/s Flipkart.com. I received it on 24th February with a broken back panel. The invoice no. is : # DEL201502 00280653 The warranty received at the time of order was 30 days replacement warranty. The guarantee received at the time of order was:1 year manufacturing warranty.

Problem 1 When i received the order its back panel was broken. Effort 1 For broken panel i complained by mail on flipkart.com on 24th February but i didn’t receive any call from them. Then i called on phone to flipkart customer care executive on 24th Feb night, he was not ready to replace the item. After talking for a long time the he said i will give Rs. 500 to you and that too in your flipkart account of WS retail. That means i can only utilize that amount if i purchase any product from flipkart.com and that too if i purchase the product from WS retail seller of flipkart.com only which is totally a waste for me. Problem 2 Again the second problem i faced is about its software. Its screen gets zoomed so much while i talk and it doesn’t come in its actual resolution unless i switch it off. Then again when i switch it on, it becomes normal. Effort 2 i called its executive stating my problem of software on 25th February. He said already Rs. 500 have been credited to your account. I said but that was a different issue. Then he said OK he will forward my complain to their technical team & technical team will call in 24 hours. But nobody called. Then again on 26th February i called them for the same problem then he said sorry sir we cannot do anything in this matter. When i reminded him about their policy he said sir we cannot replace your item now. Then again i called on 27th February evening, again i received the same reply that they cannot replace the item which is against their policy.

I have invested Rs. 8200 on this product but after talking to Flipkart executives i think that i have wasted this much amount.
