Sir I purchased product from ebay.in site. I purchase it online from my debit card of SBI. Ebay mentioned on his site 100% ebay guarantee if you are not satisfied with your product . we will refund your money. I purchase this product from seller professional sellers13 ( 1126) listed on ebay site. He mentioned that this product is from bosch company.

We know very well bosch is reputed Germany company. Bosch all products are made of Germany. It has quality products. But what happened when I received this product which has drill machine and other tools. And surprised to see it was china made product with cheap quality. Tools inside the box not made by bosch. I immediately lodged complaint to ebay and talked to seller to please refund my money. because I am not statisfied with the quality of the product. Immediately I called to BOSCHINDIA customer case (Find contact number from internet). They also said there are number of complaints of cheating to customer by online seller . I was shocked to know from boschindia. I was shocked and again I talked to seller , I am not satisfied with your product please refund my money. He said ebay will refund and ebay said seller will do. Sir I have recording of customer care of ebay.in and as well as seller also. Even I did recording of customer care of bosch. Sir I need justice and get back my money. It is my hard earned money. Sir please help me They are making fool to the customer. The mentioned on its website 100% satisfaction gurantee if you not satisfied we will refund your moneny. But they are making fool to the customer.
