I am one of your customer and visited many times @ Amazon. On 15th march I have placed an order for LG TOP Loading washing machine. I wanted to give it to my mother on her birthday ( 21st March). Order being processed and payment being done successfully. On 19th at 7:30 I’ve got a call from your vendor ( Mahadev Entr Gurgaon) and he told me the product it out of stock and I’ve informed Amazon so you will not get it. His tone was very rude and told me ” DO WHATEVER YOU CAN”.

I am very much disappointed the behavior of your vendor. As a market leader if this type of service we will get then I believe our Domestic market player FLIPKART is hundred times better. Today morning I’ve got message that order being cancelled. Now please advise to whom I need to talk as if product it out of stock then why you people accepted and deducted my payment.

After five days order being cancelled without any information. I am looking out resolution as has huge expectation with the Brand. Please help
