I had booked a hotel called Crystal Residency in Chennai for two days from 23 June to 25 june via make my trip by paying an advance amount of Rs 5276 to MAKEMYTRIP. However after one day’s stay that is 23 june night we decided to check out and asked the hotel manager Mr. Vijay Kumar for reimbursement. Mr. Vijay Kumar asked us to take a check out bill and send a scan copy to MAKEMYTRIP and ask them for the reimbursement. I did this immediately and Make My TRIP overlooked it and replied only on July 24th, apologized on the late reply. They said they would take it up with the hotel and gave me a reference Number for my complaint as 140624-018782 Mr. Puneet continued the communication for a few days and then totally became silent and I have yet to get my reimbursement of Rs 2638 for one day.

Rs 2638 for one day and whatever else you think is good for making me go through this exercise.
