I had a booked a ticket with these details Booking Date : Thu, 03 Oct 2013 Traveling date : Sat, 05 Oct 2013 PNR number : 15497994-457997 Ticket No: 3331314454306 AMOUNT PAID : Rs. 522.00 But my bus never came, and I called and got to know that it will not be going that day, as the bus broke down, After that I wrote a mail to them for refund, after a few months, I got a reply from them, that they are processing it, but refund never reached me.

As the other buses were already booked, and there was no prior information sent by the website regarding the cancellation of trip, I kept waiting for half an hour, and finally got a cab to chandigarh, for which I had to pay 2500rs and the mental harassment was the worst part

I want my refund and also the same amount as compensation for my harassment and loss.
