i had made my booking of a flight from delhi to dubai and return which i had to cancel because of visa problems. the cancellation time told to me when i called was 4 hours prior to departure . i had a flight on 29th 0740 hrs which was delayed to 1100 hrs by the airlines due to earthquakes in nepal. when i called to cancel my ticket on the flight which was going from delhi to dubai on 29th 0200 hrs the person of make my trip told that he cannot cancel the flight as the time must be at least 24hrs prior to departure and hence i have to contact the airline myself . there was no support give to me till 3 am i was kept on hold for 1 hour . on make my trip. i called the airlines directly and cancelled my flight ticket which was from delhi to dubai. the person at airlines did the same and also told that there is no penalty as the flight had been delayed but since i have booked by fliht through make my trip the refund will be given by them. there are double standards in make my trip for cancellation just to nab money from the consumer so that he cannot cancel his fight in the stipulated time as per the airlines. i called the make my trip again on the refund matter as soon as i cancelled my flight to which i was kept on hold for 2 hours straight . there was no response from them. i again called in the morning to tell them and the person who replied said that he will refund the amount will be after deductions as per the airlines to which i told him that there is zero penalty as per the airlines . he still has updated the refund as per no show on the flight to which my refund will not be provided. i also lodged numerous complaint to which there was no reply. my booking id for make my trip is nn730127665227

i want 100% compensation of the trip and the team leader of make my trip call center to be fired as he cannot deal the situation adequately . i also want that an apology should be given by make my trip for the inconvenience caused to me. and a strong action must be taken against make my trip so that in future they do serve the customer as a customer and not as a money making ponzy scheme
