Dear Sir/Madam, This is regarding the ploy of HTC to me. I am completely fed up of disgraceful service. It is DISGUSTING, UNACCEPTABLE, ATROCIOUS, OUTRAGEOUS service I have experienced with HTC. I continued to have problem on my 3rd replacement of HTC Desire 600 Device within a span of a month from when I have bought. I have been promised that the current replaced device HTC device would not have problem at least for 6 months, unfortunately I started having trouble in just about 20 days of the replacement. I will also attach my original bill. I actually paid Rs. 30,000 for the device and I got the device which was faulty and then there were two replacements which were not box piece they were just given to me packed in a black polyethylene cover and said that they were new. Infact they were never new. Everytime I had issue they kept me providing the replacement with an old one. I wrote to them n number of times and fed up. It is very tough to get some on call for me as it would take 3 hours. In the span of 2.8 years I hardly used my device for 1 year and the rest period it was in Service center for one or the other issue. Apart from this to visit the service centre frequently I spent approximately Rs. 2500.00. HTC has really ruined my life. They were not even ready to compensate for the disgusting service provided to me. You can follow up with a reference number with them 15INA170007659

Dear Sir/Madam, First of all I expect self respect. There are none who would be able to provide it in HTC Customer Care. They never acknowledge their customers be it Manager or a Supervisor. They never think about our loss and will always talk about Company Rules which I followed. They are just stubborn and do not tend to have any qualities to Serve the Customers. Expansion of HTC: Hurting, Torturing its Customers. Kindly help me with this. I do not want to be the customer of HTC anymore I do not have faith in them. Kindly arrange for compensation. I am ready to go to any extent. There were so many emails I wrote to them, however I cannot attach them all.
