My vodafone number is 9051424xxx. They have generated a bill of rs.3099 for the billing period of 15th March 2015 – 14th April 2015. As per as they say my internet usage is 1.5 GB for the billing period whereas my limit is 1 GB. But on 14th April 2015 which is the last date of bill generation they have sent me an SMS that I still have 201 MB left from the 1 GB of internet pack. Please find the attached screenshot of the SMS. I have complained them via mail and they asked me to send a screenshot of the SMS that they have sent. I did that and from that day on wards they have stopped mailing me which proves that they are at fault. The service registration number is 1198707313. They have intentionally generated a wrong bill and is charging more. Please look into the matter seriously.

I want them to waive of the extra amount that they have charged.
