I booked round Makemytrip trip tickets which were declared to be “refundable” while making flight selections, for Mumbai-Udaipur-Mumbai. I paid 22000 + INR When I cancelled the same, my refund is shown as 1063 INR + . This is unacceptable. Upon calling the customer care, each one keeps saying ” system is down , we cannot check”.
Loss of 22000 INR plus mental agony.
I want my money refunded as promised by the word ” refundable”.
