i booked online bus bus tickets on 6.11.2014 at www.makemytrip.com (MMT Booking ID NU27011958527414) from Chandigarh to Manali – i got harassed as there was no bus at boarding Point I continuous contacted the customer care and the service providers contact no’s for 2 hours as the bus departure time was 11.30pm there was no response from the bus operator side, one of the operator executive picked the call at 9560168804 said the bus is already full from Delhi or somewhere else so there is no seats you have to cancel the ticket or contact where you have booked the tickets. There was no resolution also from you customer care team of Makemytrip regarding this i have continuous contacted the makemytrip executive Mr. Mohammad khan & Pushkar singh at night… we waited the bus till 12.15 night and there was no bus. We got harassed and finally we have to stay in a hotel in Chandigarh on that night. I got harassed by the worst service of makemytrip. I request to you that a strict action should be taken.
