i made a bus booking from makemytrip.com on 9.8.14 of delhi to lucknow. my one payment was failed and next was successful. in the failed transaction , ticket amount of rs.2100 was deducted. i also received a mail from make my trip that my money will be refunded in 24 to 72 hours.it has been 2 more than 2 months but i have not received my refund yet.

i want my refund of rs. 2100 as soon as possible
