I Mrs Pranalee P. Thorat, was booking a flight from makemytrip.com on 3rd November 2014 from New Delhi to Nagpur for 4th November 2014 around 13.40 Hrs using email id as pranuthorat@gmail.com. I have used net banking from my salaried account of Syndicate Bank. The site showed me transaction of payment successful. But after that no message of confirmation was given from Makemytrip site neither any reference number was generated and messaged or emailed to me. I have tried to contact Make my trip toll free numbers as given on their site as 18001028747. They took 7-10 minutes just to get connected with their executive. After that executive told me to weight for another 30 minutes as the status will be clear only after 45 minutes of on-line booking. As the rates and tickets are very crucial for a middle class salaried person like me, and I was to reach to my destination(Nagpur) on 4th for emergency medical condition. I waited for 45 minutes more and again made a call to customer care of makemytrip.com on number 18001028747 as given on their website. The executive now told me that your booking could not be completed. and you can rebook the flight after 48 hrs. My flight was just on next day so re-booking option was not valid. Also he suggested me to get the refund which will be the complete amount which i have paid i.e. Rs. 16314/-appx. But the amount will be refunded only after 48 Hrs.

This site have wasted my time and efforts. they must be banned for such things. If not I must be paid 50000/- for all the trauma created by them.
