I have booked ticket at 6:42 pm on 02.12.13 with booking id NU27011935620569, but it realized from email that it has been booked for wrong date (for 06.12.13 instead of 05.12.13) i called make my trip at 06:52 pm on contact no. 0124-462-8765 to modify the ticket. But the person didn’t hear my complaint properly and told that i would have to bear cancellation charge.

Refund of Rs. 328 and complaint must be heard properly and there must be provision for modification in travel if seats are available. In this case almost all the seats were vacant on both dates. Later i got my ticket booked for 05.12.13 too
