On 29th Jan’ 15, I had raised the date change request for a flight ticket I booked through Makemytrip. After some time I received a SMS saying the transaction has failed and my amount (Rs 9398) will be reversed. As the actual flight date was near, I made the another request by paying again (Rs 9398). I have not received the refund back from my first request. I have following up with them for close to 3 months now. Their customer care is not able to provide me any detail. Seeking your support in getting the money back. requesting the fee to be returned back with interest and suitable compensation due to time invested in follow ups and calls which used to be 30 mins long (Due to continuous requests of call holds) and penalty so the company do not repeat this kind of customer frauds.
