My onward and return journey Makemytrip air ticket, when cancelled, was levied a charge of Rs. 13000, 11 days before the scheduled journey, where the booking charges were of a total Rs. 16000. Wasn’t allowed to not cancel the tickets upon seeing the charges, even though i clicked on the ‘UNCANCEL’ option.
13000/- was charged for cancellation of onward and return journey tickets of two passengers each.
Remuneration of a just refund. The tickets were cancelled 11 days prior to the scheduled departure
