I have made a ticket from Delhi to Phuket and Phuket to Delhi for 25th and 28th APRIL,2015 respectively from TRAVEL PORTAL WWW.MAKEMYTRIP.COM. I have made the amendments for the return flight from phuket to delhi to 30th April, from 28th April. I would provide the details of the trip PNR- QKSRNE booking ID- NN2304510823478, reference number of the complaint – 150430017610. Amendment of tickets happened on 27th April by Ms. Kamaldeep from Interenational Flight Division. Complaint was made on 30th April to Ms. Nupur from Internationl Flight Division.
1.) It was committed by MakeMyTrip that tickets had been made for premium economy class since there is no availability of normal economy class and they are charging an amount of Rs.15150 for the same. But tickets were of normal economy class and there was no premium economy class in that flight. 2.) I did not even received the copy of the tickets which was amended even though we made several calls to your customer care and yesterday you told me that you have sent the e mail to us which we have not received yet. 3.) It is complete harassment for the customer to be on hold to speak to customer care for more than 45 mins. Once it is connected to the customer care, then they transfer the calls to some other division to harass the customers again and again. 4.) I have asked them to let me speak to supervisor , firstly they were saying that they do not have the supervisor. Secondly, after several calls, they started saying supervisor is too busy to take calls. 5.) I have asked for the written complaint made by me at MAKEMYTRIP, but I have not received any written complaint from their side.
