Hi, we had taken a 6 Nights 7 Days honeymoon package for Mauritius from Makemytrip India in September 2015.Below is the details of the package Booking Confirmation MMT Booking Id: IN1508B4 S426006 Name of the Package: Super Saver Mauritius 6N/7D Departure Date: 15th Dec 2015 City of Departure: Bangalore Total no. of Pax: 2 No. of Adults:2 With this package they promised to handover a makemytrip voucher of worth Rs. 5000 one week before our travel to Mauritius and it can be redeemed for flight bookings via Makemytrip, But we did not receive anything. Even after coming back from Mauritius we follow-up for more than 1 month then finally they provided the voucher but that voucher seems invalid as whenever we are trying to provide this voucher number against e-coupon while booking flight via makemtyrip ,its saying invalid voucher.

I have wasted around 1 week of of my office time over phone or in writing mails to makemytrip. Due to this loss of time i had to gone with tremendous mental tension/pressure to complete my work on time.

I want only promised amount but that would not improve their working style i.e making false commitment and non reactive attitude. So, i want voucher of worth Rs 50,000 so that Makemytrip would realize their mistakes and in future they sincerely works with their customer and avoid making false commitment. So ,hopefully no more victim like me in future. i am attaching few mails as a supporting document for our communication with Makemytrip. Thanks in advance for pursuing my complaint.
