Dear sir/madam, I have booked a kingfisher flight for my mother for date 01st Dec 2012, and this flight got cancelled and i have been told that refund will be intitate before 15th dec 2012.but still this refund is not credited to my account.pls look into this matter. I am attaching my booking reference for your kind support on this.
