Dear Sir, I had order for a Holiday package to darjeeling for 3night and 4 days i.e 11th December 2014 to 14th December 2014 and made a payment of Rs. 39,776.00 for this package, unfortunately my on going fligh 6E471 (Indigo Airlines) was cancelled by operator due to bad weather condition, I have called to Mr. Waseem Khan at that time and informed about cancelled flight and requested to re-sheduled/Postpone my trip plan to 13th December to 16th December so he has given assurance that he is informed to operation department and they will call shortly for changes in schedule but no body given response and even Mr. Waseem Khan was switched off his mobile. I had much struggled and tried to contact with make my trip customer service and they are saying your request has been registered and our response team will call you within 24 hrs but no body has called and help me and my 12 Thousand Rupees was spoiled even I was mentally harassed. enclosing lodged complaint and request for perusal
