Had Booked a flight ticket in spicejet and then cancelled it through Makemy trip on 12th Dec 2014 Cancellation confirmation (IN1412R6S089533)was given to me and all throughout on checking the status in their refund section of their website it was given as the amount pending for payment. Suddenly this status changed to no amount due to customer and on my calling them up repeatedly for verification, I was told that spice jet is not refunding to them and hence they are not returning. On inquiring with spicejet I was informed that no cancellation was forwarded to them from make my trip. Hence it was a no show passenger and therefore no refund. I have made repeated calls to makemy trip after this but no proper response was given to me. Hence would request you to look into my refund

As per their cancellation confirmation an amount worth 8017 is due to me. In addition to it I have wasted sufficient time and energy on constantly following up with their customer care executives which yielded nil result.
