PNR: MMLXGE, Make my trip booking ID NF2202440591295. I had booked ticket from Mumbai to Mangalore 08/05/15 and Mangalore to Mumbai 15/05/15, but later there was change in plan so I booked the ticket for Mumbai to Mangalore 05/05/15 and now I want to cancel the ticket. Since the ticket was booked by Make My trip they are not allowing to cancel the ticket after paying the cancellation charges as well. It was clearly mentioned that the cancellation of ticket is allowed. But now they say that the airline is not cancelling the ticket.

I am eligible to Fare after to cancellation which is Rs. 9,191/- I demand Cancellation of my one way ticket on 8th May 2015. Mumbai to Manglore and refund my money after their charges.
