I would like to bring your kind attention yesterday (31/03/2015) as 1:43Pm. I have mail to railservice@makemytrip.com that when I tried to check the status of Rajdhani Express 12431 from Madgaon to H. NZM. The status reported “Train didn’t go on this date”. Which is on 29th April 2015. Now the Question Arise , I am Surprised that if there were “no train” on that particular date from :- Madgaon to H. NZM. So how my ticket was booked and how your company had taken the money. I want an precise answer fot this Question. And above that when I wrote mail to your Rail Department of make my trip regarding this matter. After six hours of my mail, I received mail from Parth Seth of your company by writing that your money will be refunded in 14th working days or it might take little more time. But this is completely not Fair, we planned our holiday and off from offices according to our arrival date from Madgaon to H. NZM. I booked my ticket on 28th of February. Now after a month your company is realising to refund money , that also when I look an inciative to check the status. We trusted your company and didn’t even given a second thought to check reservation. But you and your company did travel with me and my family. “SHAME ON YOU” I would have checked the status, I was in this thought they are booked. Sir, now I am in my holiday destination “Goa with my family. I don’t want any sort of excuses. I want my tickets to be booked any how that your duty. You do it by train or by flight in same amount for 4 adults. I want my tickets to be confirmed in “four working days” for “four adults”. With that I want an “APOLOGIZE” letter from your senior manager. OR else, I really have to take a strict action towards. Your company “make my trip Pvt. Ltd.” And, might take your company and college Mr. Perth Seth behind the “Bars”
