I made a booking for my guest (Passenger)from makemytrip with following attached details worth of Rs.13942/- but that day(02.05.2014) i made a call to makemytrip people they said it has to be cancel by air India only, thats why i made a call to AIR INDIA people and they have given cancelation confirmation through phone and told me to send complete details through mail, i have given the mail with complete details that as they said ?, till now i didn’t get money and I made a call to air India people they said “forgotten to make the process we ll do it but”, not yet done.? and more over they were giving the following reply “Kindly get the cancellation stamp on the tickets from AI city office and then submit the ticket to the agent for refund.” Why should i go to office, I made a booking through online, not even taking care about this problem, please resolve my problem.
