hi consumercourt , i have a complaint and registereing the same on your portal. makemytrip has not refunded my money after i cancelled a flight ticket ( nf2201926818753) . after several chase up’s they are not reponding & customer executives dont have even prorper knowledge to takl to customers. please let me know how to file a case against them in your court. regards, sunny pachnanda 09632745547 bangalore – 560037
