t’s been over 2 months and we didn’t receive our cancellation refund completely, as promised by Makemytrip.com. They told us that out of total ticket amount(Rs.39686) make my trip will deduct (Rs.5050) and rest (Rs.34636) we will received within 8 working days but we have only received (Rs. 31649*)(discrepancy of an amount of INR 2987). I am writing after complaining many times through their call center and lodging a complaint through their website ,it is been over week at (Write To Management- Resolution In Progress)stage and no one is respond at all, now they even not taking my calls and cut the phone every-time I call .They are saying Rs.2987 is cash-back and thus they asked me to send my credit card statement from date of booking to till date to verify refund is not been made,and I have already mailed those statements to them a week before.still no one is responding.
