I was booked ticket from makemytrip.com with booking Id – NU2701396 9265880, Ticket no.MCP37D (OPERATOR PNR: D4F5D80401, D4F5D80400, ), from patna to Jamshedpur but my travel journey was not completed due to technical problem in bus. The bus operator said to me to lodge a complain for refund the amount. so you are requested to refund the amount as earlier as possible. Jainendra Jyoti
