I bought a package from makemytrip for dubai. since i was using ICICI debit card, there was a scheme applicable for cash back. i rightly applied the coupon code and entered the transaction and after processing, site displayed a message that cash back cannot be processed. i have complained thrice to makemytrip but they are not reverting, they are a thief company and i want it to bring to everyone notice.
