I had purchased HCL Tablet on May 31, 2013. But a problem came within 2 month. Charger and calling facility is not working properly. I went to its service centre at Vikas marg Laxmi nagar on november 11, 2013(Service receipt attached) and they told me that they will replace charger and PCB and this will take 15 to 20 days. But now this is already about 2 month but they had not replaced any part. They are not assuring me that till when they can manage to repair my tab.

I don’t want any economic damage. I only want to get my tab repaired and an assurance that in future also if any problem come then they will solve within reasonable time. If not then please they can take their tab back and refund my money.
