I have a vodafone prepaid sim no. 9713335284. I went to vodaphone store and asked that I need a plan by which I may call free STD at Gorakhpur. The agent told that you convert the prepaid SIM to postpaid with plan-199 and take another postpaid roaming plan of 149 and send the roaming SIM to Gorakhpur and kept the plan-199 with you with Rs.30/- FMS plan with the plan of 149 and you may call unlimited calls from the SIM under 199 plan with Rs.30 FMS to roaming plan under 149. Accordingly I convert my prepaid no. 9713335284 to post paid with Rs. 30/ FMS with the roaming plan-149, no. 9713002133. I take the new SIM no. 9713002133 of raoamin plan-149 on 05.12.13 and sent to Gorakhpur. But the no. 9713002133 at Gorakhpur was suspended on 03.01.14 by Vodafone and while I talked to vodaphone care they replied that the bill of the no. 9713002133 is more than Rs.2500/-, hence it was suspended. I went to vodafone store-Bilaspur and complaint and asked clarification. They answered that the reason is correct and all calls are made from the no. 9713002133 to 9713335284. Myself always called from the no. 971335284 to the no. 9713002133. I complained this to them and asked to correct the problem as I always called from no. 9713335284 to 9713002133, as I have FMS facility from no. 9713335284 to the no. roaming incoming no. 9713002133. All the calls on no. 9713002133 are incoming from my side and very few outgoing call are made from 9713002133 which is having 100 minutes free outgoing call facility and free for all incoming calls. Since the outgoing calls are very few and may be within 100 minutes and all the calls are incoming on no. 9713005284, hence my outstanding come within the plan. My problem is not rectified till now by Vodafone. I requested you to please look after this matter and resolved the problem and strictions to be imposed on Vodafone, so that this type of problems will not arise in future.

As maximum calls on no. 9713002133 are incoming from no. 9713335284 and very few outgoing calls made from no. 9713002133. And incoming calls on 9713002133 are free and outgoing calls made by no. 9713002133 are within 100 minutes. Hence outstanding of no. 9713002133 is within Rs.200/- as per roaming-149 plan.
