Professional couriers – Failure to deliver courier after personal visit and e-mail complaints

I had ordered an item through e-bay and the seller had used Professional couriers to send the item. The Professional Courier (TPC)failed to deliver the item stating address not located/door locked/address wrong. After many interaction with the seller I found that the item is at the courier office and I personally went to collect the item. The office staff was rude and declined to provide the item. One of teh staff infarct asked the person interacting with me to give it off but the man interacting with me refused and told me to come and collect the item next day from the same office which am refusing to do it as my deal with the e-Bay is to get the item delivered to my residence and I have already taken the trouble to visit personally to collect it too. I immediately mailed the matter to the seller and to the head office of professional couriers from where I still haven’t received any word so far not even an acknowledgement of the mail. The seller had tried his best to support but even he is unable to get any help from teh courier company. I can provide the mails I have send to the courier company in case needed.

I want an apology for the deficiency of service from the Head of The Professional Couriers and Rs. 1000 for spoiling my peace of mind and my daughter’s disappointment of not getting her gift in time.
