The undersigned had made Bhubaneshwar to Delhi return air-ticket booking (MMT Booking ID NF22010 47054360) of Go-Air through Makemytrip portal on 04.12.2014. The undersigned had paid the total amount of Rs 30414/- through netbanking and Payback reward points to Makemytrip for the booking. However subsequently in Jan-15, both to & fro flights were cancelled by Go-Air. Accordingly the booking was cancelled by Go-Air and refund to Makemy trip was processed by the Airline immediately. However despite taking up several times with MMT Customer Care, MMT has failed to process the full refund even after more than one and a half month’s time

Refund for an amount of Rs. 30414/- is overdue for more than a month’s time from MMT against assured period of 7 to 10 working days. Full refund of Rs 30414/- along with overdue interest against mental agony caused by MMT.
