I had booked rail ticket PNR no. 4202837523. my journey was on 12 dec.2014 from goa to Mumbai. I have cancelled my ticket on 11 dec 2014 before my journey date and filed tdr as irctc refund policy on same date (11-12-2014) I have done many complaint against above matter through mail and phone conversation to irctc. but they rejected my complaint saying I have not filled tdr as their policy.

Rs. 4160 towards ticket and RS. 1500 toward mental harassment as economic damage. I want my refund money as I have filed tdr on time.
