I am using Reliance Pre-paid no 8881XX023 my balance of rs 323 was deducted from my number on 24/02/2015.I was unable to call rel customer care so i called relaince appelete care and i was told that it has been deducted for using gprs but on 24/02/2015 i was having my gprs pack of rs 124 active. my complian was taken ( s no.- 230503319) on 25/02/2015 i was told that the balance was wrongly deducted and would be returned within 2 days but inspite of 2 days 6 days have passed and i have not received my balance . so i called relcustomer care on 03/03/2015 and i was told that my balance wil not be returned as the are not having record of that day so it couln”nt be returned.

I want my deducted amount back ASAP else I will complain to Narendra Modi.
