Hi, I brought a smart phone of Panasonic company on 2nd May, 2014, but within a week its Wireless started giving problem and after that a series of problem started with the phone, it has overheating issue, phone becomes too hot that I am not able to pick up the calls, wireless not working again and again at all even after rectified from service center 3 times. I contacted the company told them about the issue’s, I submitted my handset with the company 3 times for the same issue’s, the set was with the company for repair approx more than a week each time, and each time I received my set it had the same issue’s, they didn’t do anything just give it to me back as it is, I asked them for replacement but they do nothing but only replied with a copy paste script, executive called me and reapting the same script ” I Will raise your issue to higher level” three time their upper level worked on phone and I don’t believe they are doing anything , they only fooling me, now they copy paste same script to me again and again ask to submit phone fourth time or the same issue, I spent lots of money on this phone and after that I spend more to get it to service center and they don’t care about it. They troubled me too much, my mistake was to buy set from Panasonic, their phone have issue’s but they are not doing anything, 9 months already over of warranty period and after three month if same issue occurred they will not considered it under warranty and ask for money, for the set which was faulty ab-intio. I submitted my set 4th time and they again repaired it.

1 . Wi-fi dead even after from repaired from service center again and again, This is the issue from first day of purchase. 2. Phone is heat up extremely after starting wi-fi or 3g, it is not possible to answer call its too hot. 3. Trying to receive it vibrate twice and call disconnected, also not able to dial outgoing call. 4. Screen flickering badly like tube light while wi-fi is on and i am on call, phone it too hot like going to explode. 5. Phone freezing too much 6. SD card missing some time, message coming “SD Card removed unexpectedly”, neither we opend the back cover or removed the SD card, message coming and going. 7. Bluetooth also not working after heating up. Problem 1 to 5 are them same after 3 times repair.
