On 29/06/2012 I have purchased linux Hosting – Unlimited Domains Linux Package for 5 yr. That service was ok. But after I purchased it they started calling everyday for Multi-Platform Reseller Package @ 15000/- . Then I have upgraded this package. Problem started after that. It was such a bad server that no one can use this. More over the server was closed for 1 month. But still I was using it for my 3 or 4 website where it was for 250 websites. But now suddenly they are claiming money in the name of violating terms of use, service tax etc. They are claiming service tax on service tax after one year of purchase.

Now they are telling they have solved the previous problem in their new server. But for that I have to again upgrade. I want that my service should upgraded to the new server without taking more money. And why they are claiming service tax now after one year. That time they have told that the charge was including of all taxes but now after one year they are telling I have to pay service tax. And also they are raising violation of service invoice without any knowledge.
