I booked a ticket from bangalore to tirunelveli through Sharma transports official website with travel date on 31/10/2013. But suddenly trip cancelled and they are refunding the amount. Now i don’t have tickets in any other bus on the same day to tirunelveli. All my Diwali plans are collapsed and they are not arranging any alternate transport to tirunelveli

I need an alternate bus ticket to tirunelveli on the same day on a convenient time or they have to pay the extra amount which am going to spend as a result of the trip cancellation.
